March 14, 2025 12+ hours ago I registered on PP site to buy VPN. I created an order that was paid, but for some unknown reason my account was not activated. At the time I write this letter, the transaction already has 95!!! confirmations. I created a ticket for support #44,951 , also 12+ hours ago, during which time they did not answer me a single word! I sent them email to info@perfect-privacy.com. No answer. I sent feedback through website form. No answer. After this, I do not want to use PP service. This is unacceptable behavior.
I've been using Perfect Privacy for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a major disappointment. First off, the speeds are painfully slow – even on servers that are supposed to be nearby. Streaming, gaming, or just browsing is a hassle with constant buffering and lag. The number of servers they offer is ridiculously low compared to other VPN providers. Even worse, a lot of the servers are offline half the time, so you never really know if you're going to be able to connect when you need it. On top of that, the service is extremely overpriced for what you're getting. There are cheaper, faster, and more reliable VPNs out there. And when you try to reach out to support? Good luck. It’s essentially non-existent. No responses to emails, and their live chat is a joke. If you’re looking for a VPN that actually works and doesn’t break the bank, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Perfect Privacy is a major letdown.
It is still one of the Best VPNs out there. They have some unique features like Track-Stop, self-configurable Multi-Hop, and Port Forwarding which make them one of the safest and most Private Providers. They may not have the most Servers or beautiful Software but they own all the Servers which run as Diskless Servers on Bare Metal! They earned their Reputation.
