I've been using VPN.ac since 2018. It has worked very well from China, and has not had lengthy dropouts, especially during 'sensitive' periods, unlike one of my friends using a different VPN. Regarding support, I sent a ticket two days ago, and unusually, no response so far. Alex, always Alex, has responded within a few hours in the past. As an Arch Linux users, the app does not work, since it is a Debian-based package, but using Network Manager has not been a problem. Leak tests show that there are no DNS leaks, so I am please with that. The browser extension can be used as a fallback if app connections get slow and system-wide VPN is not necessary. As an aside, change your DNS settings. I changed mine to Quad9.
Using VPN.ac since 2017, their service has been top-notch, it's like a boutique hotel, very private and exclusive service, Works perfectly with Netflix US, FR, and Hotstar/disney+ on all their servers. WireGurard connections super fast. Servers never overcrowded constant speed. Recently I tried All beautiful Nordvpn, very well polished, good client service but all copy-paste response, Fast connection but the most speed drops and it doesn't work with Hotstar/disney+ I ask them why they said their tech didn't figure out yet. so I had to ask for a refund.
