Terrible product, slows your internet down so bad. Support is a joke. They treat customer like crap, felt like I was dealing with 3 teenagers in their mom's closet. They love to tell you they are in the Bahama's now, very rude. I am guessing they will be short lived or have to change their name.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. The new management took over VPN secure and missed such an important factor of lifetime licensing during the merger acquisition. The customer who already paid for the lifetime subscription are now asked to pay for that mistake. Lifetime licenses are very common form of licensing these days and its hard to believe that such a thing was not accounted during the acquisition. They made a decision unanimously to deactivate all lifetime licenses giving a notice of -1 days. An email on Apr 29 to say that the account is already deactivated yesterday (Apr 28). This is no fair by any means.
