I haven't had any issues with SecureVPN. I've never had a disconnected session and if I cannot get decent enough bandwidth with one of their connections, I move to a different servers and clock the speed of my connection to ensure I can stream effortlessly. I haven't received any cease and desist letters, nor any compromised computer. Although it was a bit time consuming to figure out how to set everything up initially, once it is installed and you get into the rhythm of using it, it's simple.
I initially had an issue with my account (Premium) but the response at their web site helped resolve that quickly (I'm in the U.S.). The number of countries is a lot more than 6. The Kill switch works as designed - if the connection is lost, the network is blocked. Performance is good. With Premium you can have up to 5 active devices (Android, Windows is what I use). I'm very pleased with the Product and the Service (so far).
Purchased one month service to try them out. My account shows as "premium" member when i log into their site, but the service is still working as free trial. Your vpn service will drop without warning - leaving you unprotected. Their web site advertises 24/7 customer service - the only way to contact them is to enter a message and your email address - have left 2 messages since yesterday when i signed on - no support or response as of yet. beware - these clowns will not provide protection advertised - they have no customer support - but they will take your money best part is - paypal tells me it is a recurring bill and i can not figure out how to cancel my suscription - i will have to use paypal to block future payments
